Find a good location	Test the drainage rate of your soil	Measure the distance from the foundation
Stake it out	Remove all Grass	Measure depth and make sure it's level
Excavate soil to desired depth	If needed make a berm and mix in compost and soil	Plant then mulch (If boxing out the garden a berm is not needed)
