Iowa Thoroughbred Breeders & Owners Association (ITBOA) is a nonprofit organization responsible for promoting the breeding and racing of thoroughbreds in Iowa. The ITBOA currently represents nearly 500 Iowa-bred owners and breeders from Iowa and all throughout the United States, and is active in a variety of thoroughbred-related programs. In addition, the ITBOA is a member of the national Thoroughbred Owners & Breeders Association and the Iowa Horse Council.
