The Center For Agriculture Security Emergency Management Functions of the Emergency Response Team: Provide reliable information and assistance to emergency responders for an agricultural incident Provide important emergency information to industry. Serve as headquarters in the case of natural or man-made disasters (including acts of terrorism) and other emergencies   Maintain and train the Iowa Veterinary Rapid Response Team (IVRRT) The Emergency Response Team works with all bureaus of IDALS as well as other State Departments in regards to emergency preparedness.
